Understand your brain. Manage it better.

Sound familiar?

The things your brain does that nobody explains

Lying awake at 3am with thoughts swirling and a mariachi band playing.

Snapping at the people you love over small things.

Wanting to be left alone by everyone and get some space.

Feeling anxious or on edge for no obvious reason.

Being completely exhausted but unable to switch your brain off.

Drinking, working, scrolling...doing anything to avoid your feelings.

There's a reason for every one of these. Know Your Brain explains it.

How each issue works

One idea. Explained. One practical step.
